Get Involved in Your Community League
The work of community leagues is pivotal to the development, safety, and connectivity of Edmontonians. Everyone should be aware of how to get involved in their local community league! To help, I made a comprehensive list of the upcoming Annual General Meetings (AGM) for community leagues in the west end. Community league AGMs are used to vote on important items such as their budget, incoming leadership positions, and are also a helpful opportunity to learn about what’s going on in your community. The Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues (EFCL) does a fantastic job of coordinating the efforts of over 150 community leagues in Edmonton! You can learn more about AGMs as well as find out which community league is in your area on their site. The following list provides information on upcoming community league AGMs. Not all community leagues have finalized their AGMs, so I would encourage you to check out your community leagues website or Facebook page for more information. I will be attending many of these AGMs myself, so I hope to see you there!
